Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ProxyWorkz (the "Software"), a Windows desktop application, and the license under which it's provided. By purchasing a license or installing the Software, you agree to these terms.
1. What ProxyWorkz is
ProxyWorkz is a Windows-native application that manages proxy connections through hardware you provide — USB 4G dongles, tethered Android phones — or through a proxy you've separately purchased from a third-party provider. It does not include or supply any dongles, phones, SIM cards, mobile data, or provider proxy access. You are responsible for obtaining and paying for your own hardware, SIM/data plans, and any third-party proxy service you choose to use with it.
2. The license
- Each license is per machine — it activates on one computer at a time. It is not a floating or multi-seat license.
- Licenses are sold as an annual, recurring subscription ($30/year). A customer's first license includes a 14-day free trial in the first term, not extra time on top; a "Buy Now" option that skips the trial is also available, including for a second or subsequent license. - Each license is capped at 10 configured devices/proxies (dongles, phones, or provider proxies combined).
- If you need to move your license to a new machine (reinstall, hardware replacement), contact support — we can reset the machine activation on your license so you can reactivate.
- You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your license key or a copy of the Software to anyone else.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction.
- Use the Software to violate any applicable law, or to violate the terms of service of any carrier, mobile network, or third-party proxy provider you connect it to.
- Attempt to circumvent the license activation or machine-limit system.
You are solely responsible for how you use ProxyWorkz and any proxy connection it manages, including compliance with the terms of any website, service, or network you access through it.
4. No guarantee of hardware/carrier performance
ProxyWorkz's own behavior is our responsibility. Whether a specific dongle, phone, or SIM/carrier actually provides a working, reliable internet connection is not something we control — that depends on your hardware, your carrier, and your data plan. 5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware combination.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyWorkz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Software. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if a payment fails and isn't resolved, or if you materially breach these terms (for example, sharing your license key or attempting to circumvent the activation system). You may stop using the Software and let your subscription lapse at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Your statutory rights
If you're buying without a trial, checkout will ask you to explicitly confirm you understand payment is immediate and, per our Refund Policy, non-refundable once processed. That confirmation reflects our standard commercial terms — it doesn't remove any cancellation or refund right you're entitled to by law and can't contractually waive, such as a UK/EU consumer's distance-selling cooling-off right. Where a mandatory legal right gives you more than this policy does, that right applies regardless of what you agreed to at checkout.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
